Grandma Rosa (87)\u2026<\/h4>\n

the soul of the house, unfortunately a little poor in health, but still right among us. Due to a herniated disc and two operations on the cervical spine, she was severely restricted in her creativity. So she does her little rounds on the terrace or in the yard, examines the flowers and is still available for any advice.<\/span><\/p>\n

he was the former head of the ski school and the proud owner of two Haflinger mares. After his retirement, horse-drawn sleigh rides were his profession. Due to illness, he gave this “job” to Franzi and withdrew a little. On November 17, 2015, he fell asleep peacefully in his familiar surroundings at home.<\/span><\/p>\n

when she is not out with one of the children, she mainly works in service and in the office. But she also likes to cook and is inspired by cooking journals or the Internet. The daily culinary delights for the guests are planned by her. Her passion is skiing and skitouring, for which she takes a break from time to time.<\/span><\/p>\n

Franzi (53)<\/h4>\n

comes from a family of winegrowers from Leutschach in southern Styria. He graduated from the viniculture school in Silberberg and worked in the construction industry before our daughter Theresa was born. Since joining the Sporthof Austria, his tasks have been in the technical area, snow removal, service, as well as the care of the plants on the balcony and in the garden. He gives good tips and advice for excursions and hikes, which he also accompanies occasionally. As already mentioned, he has taken over the two Haflinger mares from his father-in-law and in winter drives the guests through the Ramsau in horse-drawn sleighs. And his favorite hobby besides the children is: Prepare pine schnapps – do you want a taste?<\/span><\/p>\n

Simon (21)<\/h4>\n

as successfully passed the Matura (Abitur) at the tourism school in Bad Hofgastein and is now allowed to carry the title of “tourism clerk”. After his 6-month military service, which is still mandatory in Austria, he was employed as a bartender in the Hohenhaus-Tenne in Schladming in the winter season and as Chef de Partie in the Hotel Ennstalerhof in the summer. During his school days, he completed internships in kitchen and service in various companies, from 3-star to 5-star operation and a rustic alpine hut. At home he is also used in the kitchen and in service and has great visions and inputs, especially for further development in our company. Because of his education he can call himself a \u201cqualified cheese connoisseur\u201d, junior bartender, fitness trainer and young sommelier.<\/span><\/p>\n

Theresa (12)<\/h4>\n

attends the 2nd grade of the new middle school in Schladming. Our racing driver was able to celebrate some successes in alpine races again in the winter season 20\/21. In the snow-free time, she likes to ride her bike, cook and hike and bake cakes as well as horses, especially her mare \u201cMorgensonne\u201d. Theresa is already learning drums in the music school for the fifth year and has been playing in the youth orchestra of the Ramsau music band since autumn 2018. She has already successfully passed the junior achievement badge.<\/span><\/p>\n

Elias (8)<\/h4>\n

is our offspring and is already in the 2nd grade of elementary school in Ramsau am Dachstein. Our little “ripper” is very active and stubborn. likes to play soccer and also likes to ski (preferably off-road and over forest paths – i.e. freeriding \ud83d\ude09). He is always happy to have children in the hotel or his friends. All kinds of machines and tractors are very interesting and the guy is very skilled at handicrafts. Furthermore, he has discovered an artistic streak and paints pictures which he then offers for sale. And what is also worth mentioning – he already helps a lot in the service. Just let yourself be surprised. \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p>\n

our tricoloured cat has been a member of our family for 16 years now.
